RETURNS POLICY

At Lovelier Shea Butter, we accept returns of unopened items within 30 days, provided you have the receipt. If more than 30 days have passed, a refund is not available.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email within 2-3 business days regarding its eligibility. If it qualifies, we will process your refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method.
 
Sale items cannot be refunded.
